Hey all just a quick update.

I am kind of happy with fitment but SHOULD have listened to cuts when he tod me to get the +15 rims for the rear and maybe roll guards a little bit.

Anyways here is a couple of snaps with slip on and bolt on with a minor problem with bolt on hitting original studs to back of the rims and leaving a 10mm gap. :(

    Hey all.
I have been absent for a week or so but that's due to illness and injury and also preparations or my wedding tomorrow.
anyways i got to attack my car and had a mate help me out with a couple of things on the old girl.

after a good clean and cut and polish it came up a bit nicer and i now have black and gold calipers black center disc and braided brake lines as well as some blue silicone vacuum lines that i need to finish off.
here is the end result of the day.

Thanks guys. The disc brad is rda pads are ebc braided brakelines are goodridge.

The headlights are okay to see with but they arent aligned properly so atm not very affective. And one of my adjusters i need to tinker with and fix.

Sorry stig but where do you see the 3rd gen in the garage? As i havent owned one for a tear or more now since i stripped my white one to a bare shell. The other car we own is a 2001 vx holden commodore which is in one of my earlier pics with the spacers pics i took.

I have more pics to upload of wedding cars for yesterday. But once i get a chance i shall upload.
I also now have a 3inch dumpy exhaust on the car so a couple of shots of that also.

My mistake, pic was dated 2009 and as I've only ever seen one before I was keen to see the progress

Ah ok that picture is actually from our old house we recently moved from.
The celica in te garage was my younger brothers who sold his car because we needed money to pay for his other car he wrote off which we gave him as a 18th birthday gift so that makes sense about the 3rd gen you see.

Here are some happy snaps for you all to look at of my wedding cars.

Lol it really is a bad looking clamp isnt it.
I have a few more goodies coming in the mail of blue silicone vacuum lines and radiator hoses and the blue plastic tubing to go round the wiring loom.
and later plans are to relocate battery to boot in order to build a better cold air intake.

    Hi all.
    just a minor update.
I have purchased some st205 blue silicone radiator hoses and some other silicone pipes for vacuum lines and other parts on the celica.
as you can see in an earlier pic i now have a 3inch dumpy pipe on the rear instead of a 3inch canon.

the car is still going well with rev_heads old engine i think it is due for a minor service but other plans have come up and i am off work for the next 6months

this also means with me having time off work i can put more attention to my cars and do a few things i have always wanted to do to them.
hopefully i can have my extractors installed soon also to give it more of a grunt.

    Hi all.
i know it's been a while since i have appeared but had a few things going on with honeymoon, holidays and just plain old relaxing lol.
Anyways since my last post a few things have happened.
I drove to sydney nsw and back over a weekend and got 670km out of 3/4 of a tank of fuel (only reason i filled up was i wasnt sure where next petrol station was along the highway.
picked up a st165 front bar and side bits, had my exhaust nearly ripped off at a car wash, blew a gasket where the driveshafts join in the gearbox so was loosing fluid.

have now had the car fixed including the folling installed (fixed or installed)
    T.P.S.
    Polyeurethane bushes
    front and rear engine mounts
    cv boots
    wheel alignment
    led indicators and reversing lights,
    interior lights are now led,
    gearbox serviced and checked over,
exhaust holes welded up and fixed,
installed a pushbutton start as the car would sometime refuse to start (starter relay playing up)

also had a bonnet shipped down from qld off smackdownz however received it all broken and worthless to me and am currently trying to get the courier company to pay me for the damages as it was insured.
i only need the following things installed or fixed now
custom swaybar linkages (were from rev_heads car)
    extractors installed
    braided clutch line
engine mount on the engine where the cam covers side of the car is.
and hopefully once i hear back about the bonnet damage and repayment of money i shall purchase rev_heads bonnet off him.

i also have installed 25mm bolt on spacers torqued up and making my rims look nice and flush with the car i might add lol.

pics will be in next post.

It is a bitnof a downer as i received the bonnet a day before my b'day and was meant to be a present for myself.
i have to wait 21 days but will try and be patient as much as i can but in the end i am expecting full payment back for my bonnet.

the courier company has had problems in more recent times but you would have thought they would have taken care of my item but it looks like they let a bunch of horny teens loose on it.

    Another update.
have installed a oil catch can.as i dont have a charcoal canister in the car i have mounted mine where the canister would be.
i also bit the bullet and installed my damaged bonnet to the car as i wanted actually see what it looked like on my car.from a distance you cant see the damage but knowing it is there is a bit of an annoyance.
i now also have blue dash lights which make it easier to see my dials.

and last night my car decided to......shit itself and i think both a combination of bad battery and alternator playing up again. Which seemed to have happened again after reconnecting my amp, capacitor and stereo back up.

Was out in the shed again yesterday and sprayed up my extractors also ready for install next week.
