Yeah we got great old cars over here. Our torana with a strat six 3L is putting out about 341BHP/250KW. not bad for a N/a strat six with triple webbers

It does seem a bit excessive but when your in a field of about 15 cars I think 6 Is the right number for the job

started the coilovers conversion in the front last night. Might be done in the next couple of weeks but beggers can't be choosers. Then I just have to put some clips in the left hand caliper then I'm all set. To get it dynoed, hit the track for a test run, and possibly give the drags a go. Depending on funds

the new addition we have around our house
    [IMG]

got my new start button installed as i am removing the whole ignition barrell completely, and some of the reason being that while the key was at the start position there is too much current draw over the whole car so the starter motor would actually struggle to crank over, and the relays were starting to die. and by removing the start from the key i also lose the fuel purge it has while in the start position, but now im moving the purge to a spring loaded button so i can prime the rail befor starting the car. by eliminatly that ive reduced the current draw and the car starts shit loads easyer, ive mounted the batter solid in the boot, but i need to shorten all the wires and tie them down properly in conduit. got a couple of CAMS stickers in place, got the battery one and kill switch cable stickers on the car and a few over the switches panel.

    my nice little addition

i wish it was someone elses lol, it is actually the carpark to our house only thing is we live on top of a place called auto addiction, witch is all about car audio and accesories, and 4wd gear. and the guy who owns this place has a mercedies Vito with a 4G63 from an evo 6 and this ferrari 456 witch is actually an alpine demo car witch it is going to be that again hence y he bought it. it was from jepan and it got repo'ed and doesnt have the propper keys so it was dirt cheap and doesnt go. Yet. but in long story short i see it every day i get home from work since i live on top of the place lol

Got some more updates today. Finally got myself a bov do I don't kill my turbo, it's arrived now I just have to get it put onto the pipe. On another note I decide to have a check over the car so I did the timing. And brought it back down to 10° like all the 3agte manuals say. Decided to take it for a drive. It started to feel really dead while taking off. Really sluggish. Then all of a sudden I could hear the turbo spooling like mad. Looked at the boost guage and it was on 15psi.

Decide that driving it very slowly back home was the best thing for it.
After thinking really hard about the fact that it was working fine and then when I drive it it just went to shit. So last night I wound the timing back out to we're it was befor. Took it for a drive and hey presto it boosted to 7 psi and stayed and it drove awesomely not a fault until the AFM plug decided to come off slightly when on boost. Will have to get a video of in car and possibly and outside camera when I get some spare time

    peace out

Earlier yesterday befor I posted that stuff. Me and my friends had a bit of a raz around in my car. I took them all for a drive one by one. The best bit was when I took of from home really steady and got to the first set of lights (every time I made sure I got a red light) then gave it heaps off the lights. And the facial expressions I got when taking off was absolutely priceless lol. None of them expected it to have as much as it has. It's also running on about 10psi ATM so up a little bit now. I have a fealing this is goin to be a very quick Car on the track.

I have a few minor things to fix now. I need to pack one of the CV cups in one of the drive shafts. I need to get some new back pads as they are looking a bit dismal and tend to Start making noise after about 5 minutes of driving. Finish painting the floor in the car white. Im trying to put the bov on in the next few days.

Im also going to get some brake ducts in the front and back. And look at getting some CAI happening and box up the filter
