if your asking where the speedo cable attaches to the trannie, its on the back right above the pass. cv where it splines into the trannie.

the light is for when the 3SGTE Engine comes onto boost, that light comes on. i got that cluster, minus the diff indicator. my one just has the battery gauge. when i get my turbo motor, that sucker is going straight in.

And this is the boost gauge im thinking of getting when i get the turbo, it will sit in a pod on my steering column.
The water temp, will sit below the radio, as well as the oil press.

Very nice!!!!! I like, love the gauges, remind me a bit of the uber costly Defi set ups.

they look nice, and they are affordable, around 58-139 USD for one gauge. cheapest being the Oil/Water press/ temp gauges, the voltage gauge, and the Air/Fuel mix, and the most expensive out of the lot, at USD$139, is a 5" Boost gauge. the site is http://shopdrift.com/

yep. 5 inch boost gauge. looks hell sweet. and we can buy them here from a shop called autobarn, you guys in the states have to buy them from the internet. but its worth it. im going to get them put in then i get my new engine. and the red and white on black looks awesome. seen them in store, and they look sweet. drift is one of the best brands here. and pretty well priced too.

the turbo light comes on when you make 2-3 pounds boost. celicas arent the only toyota that comes out with them, surfs hiluxs landcruisers do too

I think you'll find it's only the JDM with V/C diff lock that has it?

I have'nt seen it on any of the O/S 165's

my gt4 doesnt have a V/C diff lock gauge(volts instead) and it has a turbo light. its cool to have a light telling you your dong more then 3 pounds boost. pity it doesnt change colour the higher the boost is now that would be really cool

Not that crazy, your xbox has a multi-colour LED under the button.

You could buy an electronic kit and build it yourself - or even wire it into
the rev counter using the 3 vacant TEMS wires

The kit could use your existing boost sensor, so it's very possible

now that would be cool might have to look at it when im putting in my new speedo. 180km wasn't high enough for me so i just waiting for my 240km one to turn up. still needs the new gearbox put in it though
