Re: Matt's 1989 Celica GT-S *update 9/22/09* Hey all! I havent been on the forums in a while dude to being out of town on a school trip, and while i was gone my father decided to take my car in for some maintenance, and new front suspension bushings! yet before i left i cleaned out the car and ended up with quite a few extra parts. 1. Apexi N1 muffler Its shinny! 2. the tail lights that came with the car, a broken driver side one and one complete passenger broken not broken 3. a used K&N filter that came out of the airbox, which was also removed airbox and finally a new license plate holder... the end result.. still trying to find out what to do with all this crap... next order of business, im looking at lowering springs and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions... thanks! Stock hight (current)
Re: Matt's 1989 Celica GT-S eibach lower 1" intrax lower 1.6"(once they are on, i've heard its more like a two inch drop.) there you go. vague but you get how low your car will be there is a thread for all this but forgot where.
Re: Matt's 1989 Celica GT-S haha thanks guys for bringing up the seafoam stuff, turns out my dad has some up in the garage. Hopefully gonna do that soon
Re: Matt's 1989 Celica GT-S thanks kevin, yeah i was thinking about the eibach kit that seems like the most bang for my buck and well i need to say pretty high due to the crapy roads and huge ditches i run into everyday on my way to work and school, awesome let us know how it goes It made quite a diffrence to me i must say my car was so much more responcive and felt so much better after my first sea foam
Re: Matt's 1989 Celica GT-S I might end up waiting a few weeks to do the seafoam because i just replaced the oil last weekend
