I have tein s-techs and kyb struts(both from a 6th gen). I love the setup, it gives it a great look.

 

Also check the sunroof's runoff tubes at each corner. They may be clogged. Cleaning them out solved my leaks.

seems like you've done a lot since owning the car. suspension bits are bound to be worn given its age. invest in poly mounts! i forget who sells them here. but, there is a person that does. be warned though, they are gonna cost a pretty penny. and if you are gonna go for longevity rather than performance, it seems like you are on the right track. and and upgrade the sway bars while you are at it with the suspension bits. the rear sway bar is crap. you can literally bend it with one hand. well, good luck and keep us posted!
