-So I've been meaning to do this thread for a month or so. I figure I'm up early so I'll start it and post up pics soon.

-In the begining of July I moved into the house I bought. 215K of POS house. Great location beater house. the house came with 4 tons (literally) of some guys crap. I even got a fridge full of rotten food, including a half eaten pan of speggeti oh's in the fridge. house is a 2 bd 1 bath, small unfinished basement. no garage, but i do have a carport for the dog. MOLD, lots and lots of mold. i dont think this guy ever cleaned anything but the bathroom. I did however buy it knowing that it would be a project. Ive basically chainsawed everything in the yard down. massive overgrowth everywhere. both in and out this will be a total re-do.
So thats where my money's going. The house will be a total gut-out. my old man is a contractor, and will basically work for cheese burgers. we just measured for new windows last weekend and have to take a few more for doors, ect. and then the gut will begin. oh i forgot to metion the spiders....lots of spiders. google "giant house spider"...them bastards are fast. Bought some killer last weekend and had a little genocide around the house. hopefully they subside for a bit.
-Work wise im on "all the overtime you want" bit. this makes for 12-14hr days.....but likley ill be laid off around december. get it while the getting's good i guess. so ive really had no time for anything but the house.
-the dog happily sits under the carport. havent done anything but wash it, and a few quick drives. the first day i moved in the wire in the neutral start switch at the clutch pedal came off. took about a half hour to diagnose. never did fix it. i just loosened the other wire. now you have to hold them together when you turn the key to start. i think it makes for an interesting security device since i have no alarm.

-anyways ill get some pics up of the house soon.

Well it's YOUR POS house and you can do what you want with it, I'd like to buy a POS and do it up someday.
Glad to have you back Jon
