noob diag : turbo shaft assembly is toast, new turbo or rebuild - motor sounds good though 2nd opinion anyone? -K
noone can accurately diag. this but you, because you have it, imo it sounds like cooked bearings in the turbo, it could be many things, take off your intake pipe to the turbo and see if there is any shaft play, if there is the bearings are toast.
i know nothing about turbo but it sounds like u got an induction problem. something sounds like its getting sucked in and shot around. check all hoses and see if there are any leaks would be my guess

BTW FYI that sound and how this was cause, it was by the compressor wheel. It broke off from the shaft. for anyone who runs into this problem. I might be wrong but to prevent this from happing since I swap out for a supra turbo. Get a better BOV to release the psi coming back from the TB I could be wrong but so correct me.
all a bov does is decrease turbo lag. and how the hell did the inducer wheel break? its on a hardened steel shaft. the only thing i can say is some one, somewhere dinged the precise angles of the inducer wheel. and it exploded.
