Could someone post a pic on where the IAC is and how to clean it?

On the 3sge is underneath the throttle body, the BGB should tell you how to clean it.

Yup, Idle Air Control Valve is underneath the Throttle Body.

    Remove T/B.

Cleaning = T/B cleaner & tooth brush, Give the T/B a good going over as well and be prepared for new gaskets (maybe) for the T/B and IACV.

Someone correct me if wrong

Im pretty sure you cant clean the IAC itself. you could put a new gasket in-between the iac and t.b. but iirc you cant open the iac. you'd need to just replace it.

-iirc, its one of those stupid expensive parts.

-if your gts (3s-ge) rockauto.com has them on close out right now for $75. which is a good deal imo.

Ok so before I go and take the throttle body off, It would be awesome if someone could post a pic or diagram of where it is exactly at!

  11. What does the red coated sensor/switch affect? Can't find the description. I changed the fan switch and coolant sensor. I just have that one left.
