Yup, Idle Air Control Valve is underneath the Throttle Body. Remove T/B. Cleaning = T/B cleaner & tooth brush, Give the T/B a good going over as well and be prepared for new gaskets (maybe) for the T/B and IACV. Someone correct me if wrong :thumbsup:
Im pretty sure you cant clean the IAC itself. you could put a new gasket in-between the iac and t.b. but iirc you cant open the iac. you'd need to just replace it. -iirc, its one of those stupid expensive parts. -if your gts (3s-ge) rockauto.com has them on close out right now for $75. which is a good deal imo.
Ok so before I go and take the throttle body off, It would be awesome if someone could post a pic or diagram of where it is exactly at!

What does the red coated sensor/switch affect? Can't find the description. I changed the fan switch and coolant sensor. I just have that one left.
