So now that my All-trac is on the road I was curious as to what kinda gas millage i can expect. obviously this figure changes on every car depending on modifications and such, but it would be cool to see some ballpark figures Thanks
I currently avg about 25mpg (93oct) combined city/highway with my white 165 which I daily drive. All stock except 3" d/p, 2.5" m/p, 2.5" hks twin-tip catback, egr delete. Unknown mileage on the engine but it runs like a top so I cant complain.
lol it won't be like a honda that's for sure. stock we're rated at 17mpg city 88st165 is actually getting good gas mileage, I probably got a little less combined, I always found on the highway the car was pretty good but the city's a different story, just be sure your not driving like a maniac and it won't be bad.
yea all my driving is HWY anyways with very little to no city driving so i am not to worried. I just wanted somthign to compaire against to know if the car was running within an acceptable range
I get a bit less than 20mpg city (light foot) or about 300 kms per tank. Combined city/hwy about 350 kms per tank at best. It's sh*t.
on a long run I can see 23 - 25mpg, town driving hits that to about 18mpg. and on track my record was 4mpg!
I guess its the price you pay for awesomeness! just can't wait to see the 165 with a baby seat in the back =P god i hope my wife doesn't make me put up a 'baby on board' sign
wierd my gt-s gets like 17mpg, all my driving is city, and thats when i dont drive crazy... i barely get 300 miles per tank...
mine is amazing, had it for a year and havent went through a tank yet.. my friends bitch about pushing it when we have to go somewhere though? weird eh? meh..
oh crap i totally forgot about the kilo/mile difference! thanks rick, now i dont feel too bad about my mpg haha, even though i wish i had the mpg of a honda sometimes!
Yeah I should mention that when i get 25mpg its driving really really easy not going over 65mph, barely boosting, etc. Ive since been driving alot more agressive as normal (have you ever driven in chicago? haha) to try and shake down the car to make sure its going to be reliable before it starts snowing. Im pretty sure the mpgs has gone down significantly but that just goes to show how much driving style makes a difference. The red car is a difference story haha. I cannot 'not' boost when I drive it. I havent calculated the mpg and dont plan on it hehe.
