Ok weird interesting problem I'm having, Last night i went for drive just to cruise around, helps me de-stress, anyway hitting some of me favourite corners and i come around one bend at 130kmph and snag a rabbit on the left hand side, kinda annoyed that the little bastard mighta caused some cosmetic damage i get out and check the front bar, all looks fine so i jump back in and take off little bit further on the car starts to drive a little weird just sitting on 100 the car jolts a little intermittently and seems to becoming from the left hand side of the car, i can only describe the feeling as feeling as though the left wheel isn't driving, like it's either loosing traction or not being driven, stopped at a car wash and let the auto wash do it's business, though the rabbit might be smeared over the wheel causing loss of traction, horrid thought but a theory none the less, drove the rest of the way home no probs. Out driving today and didn't have any problems at first, til i got on the freeway and into 5th, then it happened a little bit again, hit and 70 zone and dropped back into 4th, think i mighta felt it a little when i accelerated back up to a 100 after the next turn. Now My tires are new so it's not a lack of tread and the feeling is a little worrying cause if it gets worse i fear my lovable celica might pull one way too severly and i'll hit something or someone and damage the poor thing so has anyone had the problem before or any theories as to what might be the cause?

check your wheel bearings.. you siad you were turning, if this only happens when you turn maybe cv's or a steering / suspension part

crawl under and have a look, start with your tie rod, and work your way through your suspension and steering components.
