I can't see it happening here but who knows the future, in NSW we have yearly roadworthy checks.......... In Victoria you only need a roadworthy check if you buy/sell a car hence the rustbuckets/death traps.

Oh gawd. Hope the U.S. doesn't make some stupid law like that once all the cars people wanna import become DOT and EPA exempt. (25 years; So in a few more years, cars like the Skyline and older Evo's will officially be legal to import into the States. ) 0_0
