Hi everyone! I just became a memeber today becasue i was hoping to get some information on a engine swap. I have a GenIII 3SGTE from a 96 MR2 that i want to swap into my st162. Has anyone done this swap before and could you please give me detail information on what must be done with axels, tranny, speedometer (machanical to electrical), etc... Any information at all will help

Thanks a lot for the quick response! My biggest concern right now is how the get my speedo to work? I can't seem to find to much information about that? If you have any suggestions, pls let me know!
i havent dipped into the electric speedo very much, you may just be able to integrate the technology from the donor mr2, or you may be able to hook up a mechanical speedo if the threads are still cast into the case of the trannie.
