-yeah i guess i was thinking that with an s/c since its all linear, fuel would be the only thing youd really have to manage. size up the pulleys for a set boost and piggy back it to adjust fuel trim. fuel level would be the same at all rpm's?....ish?

-no real idea, just a thought.

-im actually more worried about the mechanics than the electronics. if i have to id be happy to go stand alone to see this through. it would be kinda cool to see how cheap this could be done though.

-k. byrd. ill have to check with the ole lady but i think i kinda dig the big gold flake. the idea has been thrown around about two tone for paint so we'll have to see. was thinking black with the bottom dark grey. around the kit, i guess all-trac two-tone style. if i did that im not sure i could pull off gold.

i think it'd be sweet to have the spoiler sticker as

GT-S supercharged (just like how they had SX twin cam 16 in edm models)
2.0 twin cam s/c on the side decals! :D

hmmm...i'd think full standalone. i was first thinking just swap in a gte ecu (which would temporaily work) but your compression is wrong and it's un-tunable.

that mr2 motor defeats the porpose of a roots blower. might as well have bought a vortech or paxton centrifigul at that point.

-also got some hella h4 conversion lights to put in.

    huston.....huston.... Huuuuston.....HUSTON!!!!!.....is this thing on?

-fark we have a problem....some kinda issue with the base coat. he actually had to call dupont. sounds like it came out see-through in spots??? said it looked rad last night when he finished though, so im on my way up to look at it. sounds like itll be done tomorrow though, it'll be a good chance to check the sheen ect. i also had some issues with bomb canning the grill so ill have him help me correct that too. ill be sure to snap some pics and get them up this afternoon.

two things that i found wrong on the rear is that you guy's have not removed the rear spoiler's very easy to come out and rear bumper
also easy 4 bolt's so that you can get some paint under that in the long run it helps againt rust, the base coat it sound's like it was thinned out to much or when sprayed did not give enough coat's must remember as well if it's a pearl it will require undercoat other wise you will struggle to cover only with pearl you will end up with spot's only trying to help no offence

by the way car is looking good can't wait to see end result's

    Agree with Fernando

I like to remove the bumpers, all kit and spray underneath as well. Protects the body under the kit
and if there's a need to remove something it doesn't look weird.

Can't wait to see the final result.
Mod we discussed is working well, getting 10L+/100km in daily driving now

    -awesome stig. power?

-spoiler was removed and painted underneath as there was a rust spot around the rear wiper. dupot was saying that it may have been the humidity or other environmental factor. so she got resanded and upped to a full uerathane. (no idea what that really means) its "the hardcore stuff". i did the kit myself to save on cost but didnt paint underneath...ghetto i know. im really trying for something that looks good, and would rather have a good $2000 job than a great $4000 dollar job. heck a $2000 job is more than the car is really worth anyways.

-no offense taken at all. i find some corners are an acceptable cut while others not.

-i will say that even with the slightly botched paint it looks like a bad mother f*r. better than both me and the painter were thinking.
