I'm afraid it won't fit at the back. You can clear the strut with the spacer in the inside, but it won't clear the fender on the outside, that rim is just too wide.
Damn I was hoping it would work, well I guess I can try it out if I do a tire rotation. If our cars were only widebody like my 1990 GTS it would fit perfectly
I'm going to order a set of these hub spacers for my Yaris, but before installing them, I'm going the try them on the Celica. If they work, this would actually be safer than running wheel spacers and easier on the wheel bearings too! http://www.penguingarage.com/HubSpacers/Spacer.html racerb
Well recieved my Penguin Garage hub spacers in 10mm today for my Yaris, tried them on the Celica rear hub and only 2 holes line up! But it appears to be a simple design that any local machine shop could mimic for our cars. I'll take pictures later just to show y'all the difference, but I'm not given up on this idea at all........ Check out the beefy cap screw bolts these things came with, even included the metric allen socket for installation, quality stuff!! racerb :scratch
