i did mine to which was tight not tight like those fukn air machines that make it soo hard to get off , i used as socket on mine as have those low profile wheel nuts as they set inside the rims
as tight as you can crank them on without breaking them..... I don't think I've ever used a torque wrench to check......but I've never had one come loose or fall off!
i tryed 70-75 lbs with mine, using a bending torque wrench, It didnt seat right, wheel vibration when braking. I went up to 90 and everything was good. A lot of shops put them at 100, little too high for my liking.
Nope. We used the 80 ft lbs torque stick on my Celica, worked fine. 73 seems a bit low, I think the Chilton manual lists specs as about 78ft lbs.
Double-Nope. I just checked it and we're both incorrect. The Toyota BGB and owner's manual specs it as 76 ft lbs.
