    Paint stripper? How was it?
I'm thinking of getting some so that I could do the polished lip thing on my wheels. :)

I used paint stripper before, didn't like how it worked out, so I use a drill with a steel brush lol.

Having a lot fun with the wheels in the past few days, but I'm going to need wheel adapters! their 16x8 with a ZERO offset! I think stock wheels are 14x6 with an offset of +39, the closest wheel adapters online are 1.25inchs which is 31.75mm's think I'll need spacers for it to fix? or will it be sticking out too much? just need some time an get out there an set the wheel next to it an see if i can make anything of it.

Zero offset means the wheels are coming more out, not in. So you don't need spacers, they just would make it worse :) Zero offset wheels MAY fit on the rear, but you'll have problems in the front imo :S

Lower offset = wheel closer to fender/ more poke. You're wheels are gonna stick out a bit with 0 offset. Adapters will make it stick out more. In your case, you're gonna want to try to get the smallest adapter you can find or redrill the wheels to your bolt pattern and roll the fenders a tad. For example, if you got a 19mm Adapter, it would put you at -19 offset... Yeah, you're gonna want those flares soon. Lol

14x6 stock, 16x8 new, 1" extra on each side
    outside
=2.54cm extra on outside +39mm less offset = 6.44cm more poked than stock.

    inside
39mm less offset - 2.54cm extra wheel on inside = 1.34cm further away from spring/strut from stock.

awesome, I'll look into wheel adapters abit more smallest ones I've seen at 15mm, so I think they should work. As for fender flares I was thinking about... this! Since the all'tracs already have a nice kit on it why not just slap this on :D what do you guys think?

Go for it if that's what you want bro. But if you want my opinion: The 4th gen Celica has a more modern body style. I can't really explain it, it's a very smooth body style with hints of the style of the 80's with a bit of some aggressive features. Which is why I envy Toyota's design in the 4th gen Celica.

But as for the Fender flares similar to the Datsun, I'd say it can look good if done right, I think.

Looks good but the body's smooth design would look much better IMO with another type of flare, but it's much more expensive lol.
    Cheers. :cheers
