Theres a st162 at a yard near me and it still has the factory lip in good condition. Im wondering how do you get the lip off without removing the bumper? or do I have to take the whole bumper off?

very easy man, lay down on the ground with a phillips and a 10 mm socket with extension.
remove the two plastic panels that direct air into the radiator, if still there
and then the lip is 3 pieces, with 10mm screw/nuts holding it in place, undo those and pop it off. 10 min job

3 minute job if the bottom air plastics are gone.

if i were you, i'd go to the dealership and see if they can print out some diagrams for you. i've only ever seen one st162 with the front lip still in original condition. iirc, there's a bar that runs across the bottom...somewhere

Yes there is plate type of bar that rounds all over the bottom it's 3 piece but still is only just to remove a few size 10 bolt's from the bottom the spoiler will come off with the plate very easy to remove.
