Its 200 miles each way.. snapped a few pics of the days events.. Heres Jeff and Justin (justin asleep) heres when we got there.. this is the back of jeff *rice_eater* and the new alltrac Witch is by all means is NOT in Great condition, The exterior is Pretty nice tho! After seeing it was nothing as expected. THe interior was moldy, there was a puddle of water behind the pass seat. and the dash was slightly disasymbled. there is major mechanicle problems. for one, it cuts out like fuel cut in boost, but only speraticly. sometimes it will boost (and be faster then shit) and other times, it will nosedive, it also has a very suspicious HG.. as it took 10 gallons of water and overheated 50 times, on the way home. so i talked him down to a grand. SOLD. then we took the three celicas on the ferry.. :?
well the interior is definately gonna need some work, but that looks like a pretty minty exterior, so good buy for $1000!!!
looks like a good trip. get her cleaned up real good and lets get her running right. then we can play with upgrades!
Oh when it did boost it was quite peppy. Dont know what rob has planned tho, new engine, hg R&R, or st185, not sure. You can tell it sat for awhile, as all the aluminum had that carroded look. the only exterior flaws are scratchs, except the front bumper, where the right side fog light is, its pushed in, but not cracked. The fog lights dont work.. It drives real smooth, shifts awesome, way differant then a normal 4g. Yeah the trip was fun, im just happy the journey of finding a car for rob is over, as some of you recall, just last week we drove all the way to san francisco. just to LOOK at a supra. :roll: and rob actualy does not plan to mod the alltrac. he likes to bring his cars to stock and keep them "origenal" *there is a rally cross on march 25th, im trying to persuade him into going.. If you think he should go, and i should take lots of pictures. help me talk him into it :twisted: "

its just a damn car, a 20 year old car at that.. why not have some fun befor its restored and then keep it prestine. atleast you could say you did it! .... gurrrrrr gonna go make me buy my own :twisted:
