Well thats a pretty good diagram for a 165 radiator. And thats really as big as you can put in there without sheetmetal surgery.

    660mm wide
    405mm high
    42mm core thickness

Heres a pic of the radiator and how much room you have to the turbo.

You'll also need to leave room for a fan

You could mount fans in front of the rad but then your cutting into intercooler space.

from turbo to WTA intercooler is 2 1/8" outside diameter for the conections so you would need 2 1/8" inside diameter tubing.

from WTA intercooler to throttlebody is 2 3/8" outside diameter on the WTA intercooler side. Don't forget on the throttlebody side you allready have the hose/adapter plate connected to the throttle body so you would need a length of 2 3/8" outside diameter metal tubing

So to exit your turbo you need a silicone connector with a 2 1/8" inside diameter on one end. To enter your throttle body you will need a 2 3/8" outside diameter piece of steel/aluminum tubing. Other than that you can plumb everything anyway you want.

For an FMIC I would not go any wider than 24"
If you go 10" high it will fit above the bumper if you remove the center support bar (going up/down,vertical) that the lower horn is mounted on in the above pic you could probably go 5" or 6" deep.

If you keep it to 4" in depth then you could mount it behind the bumper and go to maybe a 12" or 13" high but the part of the FMIC behind the bumper would be pretty much blocked for airflow if you don't modify/ remove most of the bumper metal.

You really need to do your own measurements/planning so you can see where you route all the piping but this may help you with initial planning.

If you remove the center support bar with the horns on, you will strugle to get the bonnet to lock using the latch, as the slam panel will flex to much.

    my FMIC

I run it low down, I Had to cut part of the trim away that sits on the lower part of the bumper, but apart from that it was all good.

There is a lot of different ways of doing the pipe work, this way I have down it works okay, but I will "clock" the new turbo when it goes on. to keep it easier.
