Steering wheel Replace

    hey guys so today after school my dad said if you get this job for your car done ill buy you a new steering wheel. so i did the job and then tried to remove the steering wheell i got as far as the main bolt and thread. removed the bolt and pulled but it still wouldnt budge can some one help us out thanks

    pics would be great if anyones got some

    I got my GF's dad to help me get mine off. He got a hammer and gave it a sharp tap on the nut or the sahft in screws onto i think? Someone should know exactly. But it made it budge then we pulled it off. he said this usually has to be done. Good luck with that...

    go get/rent a steering wheel puller.... makes it way easier...

    You can buy a steering wheel puller for about $5 or try to tap it from behind with a rubber mallet. I recommend the puller.

    Yeah, I would buy the puller, and save yourself a ton of headaches!
