ST206 Curren or ST202 Celica?

    Hey everyone!

So I recently decided that I wanted to import a JDM 6th gen ST202 Celica or ST206 Curren over here, swap the gen3 3SGE and tranny into my ST162, and then part out whatever is left.
My only problem right now is deciding which car I should bring over.

The Curren is $50USD cheaper than the Celica, and has 7,000 less km, but isn't in as great condition aesthetically as the Celica. (The current price is $1674 shipped for the Curren)
Since the Curren was never sold in the U.S. I think I might be able to get a good chunk of money back from selling the front end, but I don't know how the demand for JDM conversions for 6th gen Celica's are here (or if I'll even be able to sell it or not)...
I think I will swing by the 6gc forums and see what they have to say. :p haha

In the meantime, what do you peeps think? Is the Curren's uniqueness worth it or should I fork over the extra $50 and get the seemingly better condition Celica with parts that I'm almost sure I can sell.

Here are pics of the cars I'm looking at getting.

Curren has the pre-face ST202 convertable rear end. Boot/wing and lights may be worth something there.

I think the ST202 is the better bet unless you have someone who wants the Curren parts, over here they are unsporty and no demand at all.
That 202 is the facelift model with better lights, indicators and brakes. Suspension, Interiors and doors on both should be the same

    Thanks for the input guys.

    Unfortunately
The Celica just sold, and the ad for the Curren just expired..
