   the feel of my gears is poo at best. i am considering getting the speedsource kits.
   The shifter cable one i know will be great as i know mine are well shagged. Im a bit skeptical of the housing bushes being worth it though (i know where not talking big dollars but everything counts when your broke).
   
   Just wondering if anyone has installed them before and what there thought are.

   i just got the cable bushings. the housing bushings are only needed if yours are shot.
