try craigslist or civic forums. you got the same bolt pattern. my personal fave for 4X100 is rota Auto-X. oh yeah! they would run you about 800, so keep saving. or get used.
no, some like mine are 4 lug. maybe the 5 lug pattern one might be the same as the type r rims. but i don't know.
you have 4*100 wheels with a 38 backspacing. any civic wheel will work. my favorites were the enkie rs-5
Another option would be postfacelift stock alloy (13") 4x100's like mine - will run you about 25~50 each used + s/h if that applies. I was actually thinking about buying another just so I have a spare that matched Never used a 'nut, ALWAYS a full-sized spare. -K
