i'm in the process of swapping an 3sge intake mani onto my 3sgte and i have a few questions. directly under the CSI, there is a couple of barb fitting one that is about 1/2" and one that is 3/8". what are these for and where do they connect? i assume the big one is for pcv most likely but then i have seen manifolds with the 3/8" fitting and without it, so i'm not sure what that one is.

second, what would be better for pcv, the valve cover fitting running to the intake manifold with a check valve or just going back to the intake pre-turbo?

Third, my valve cover (gen2 3sgte) did not come with the PCV fitting installed, just a hole. what kind of fitting can i fit into there?

You need to check out my post here for 3sge hoses

the smaller 3/8 outlet G has a hose that wraps around behind the intake manifold and eventually
connects to the intake air hose between the AFM and the throttle body

G connects to the underside of the intake air hose

the bigger 1/2 inch hose F goes to the throttle body

the pcv on the 3sge goes to the throttle body

The pcv on the 3sge is just pressed into the valve cover so you could probably remove the pcv from another cover and press it into your cover.
Their's nothing inside the GTS PCV like a 1 way valve or filter, it's just a right angle tube so any hollow fitting that you can attach a hose to will do.

hmmm, those are different from the 3sgte i have, no doubt due to the fact that a stock 3sge never sees boost. my pcv and idle air hose go pre turbo, between the afm and the turbo inlet. i guess i can assume that i can block off both barbs without leaving anything without a vacuum source.

about the pcv, i have a gen2 3sgte head (same as on mk2 mr2's) so the pcv elbow from the gen 1 3sg(t)e don't fit. i've tried
