Questions about my suspension

Ok Im pretty irretated with my suspension. 3 months ago I put KYB GR2 all the way around with the eibach pro kit. When I hit a pot hole or some dip in the road, it feels like my sturts are bottoming out. Its doesn't feels or sound good at all. I don't scrap the ground or anything just bang. Like I have blown struts. But they are no because it corners really nice and you can push on the body of the car and it barely moves. So I just want to know if this is normal and what spring can I get to get this shit to stop. The travel is crazy. I go over a speed bump. We go up and then when we come down the weight of the car is brings it down and bang. Either my struts bottom out or my care comes down and hits the speed bump. Like I said doesnt scrap. Just the one bang.

Also I have 17's with 40 series tires which are way to big. When I take a corner the tires rub the inside of the fender well. The plastics.

So over all I think stiffer springs would fix all of these issue for the most part. But were can I get a stiffer spring but not to much more of a drop.

The reason springs are tighter is because they are smaller and a more tightly wound coil..unless i am wrong here.i had this dilemma too..I wanted a better suspension but the car IMO is low enough

So What I have been think about to solve this problem is to get AGX up front and put them on the stiffest setting. I think this will help the heavy front end.

try tightening the top nut on the front struts a little more now that the car is on the ground. I had a helluva clunk when I first put mine in and it was because I couldn't get the nut tight enough until there was weight on the strut

All the bushings need to be replaced.

It tight. I don't have a clunk. It bottoms out the stuts. So yeah i don't know maybe the front end is too heavy for them.

You think bushing would make it do that.

it's not that the car is too heavy. alltracs came stock with gr-2s. it's that the spring rate isn't high enough/ more than likely the stock bump stop is too big or worn out/ you are hitting very large potholes.

No im not hitting huge pot holes. nothing bigger than the lip to ones drivway. So does eibach make them with better spring rate or what can I do. I have no idea.

are the eibachs made for 165s or 162s?
