    Thanx Kev that clears up some grey areas - list updated

    2110 - ADM/USDM correct, according to the updated list?

    LC = EGR, 3.9 diff
    LU = no EGR, 4.1 diff

    Yes, year or maybe QC dept logo? What's mine?

    Color I think isn't important, the circuit boards would have been made by an electronics supplier.
    Different colours = different suppliers?

    -no, on the updated list it says 20110 is 88. mine is 87 (s1)....

    -thats what i thought on the lc/lu but couldnt remeber....also the pre cars (that i know of) have an egr but it is not monitered by the ecu...no sensor. the post are, and the ecu on a post egr car has a pin for the egr temp sensor.

    -yours (pictured) should be an 88 ecu (so s2?) its the only sticker i havent seen as i dont have an 88 ecu.

    -mafix said the grey is the jdm, and looks like it may be euro aswell. 4ag boards ect point the same direction....people looking for the grey plugs.
    -im wondering if the AUD is green while the usdm is yellow. if cost or supply dictated you could interchange them w/ the emiss staying the same. the green wouldnt be seen usdm because of the higher output.

    -the 3 different plug colors could indicate power output if there really are 3 tiers.

    Corrected 2110 typo

    I think Mafix refered to the ST165? - all 165's are grey, mine aren't.

    I think we already decided the colour denotes where the ecu was made

    My jdm gen1's 88-89 ecu

    -i have yet to take the time to trace everything back to the pins, but what i want to know is why the jdm has an extra chip that isnt in either of the others. if it had something to do with the o2 it should be in the usdm.

    Even if the PROM numbers are the same, I bet they are programmed different
