Should I use a back to black restoration compound or just paint the door guards and the strip on the bumpers to get it back to black?

Also would anybody advise using dyes to restore the pieces?

The sideskirts come off with two screws. Philips head, black in color. They just pop right out after.

I got the two screws out, but under I saw phillips head screws, tryed to unscrew them but the didnt come out they just spun in place. Do I need to pull down on the side for it to come off the clips?

If they are spinning try pulling the sideskort back gently as you unscrew. This should help pull it out. When you pit them back on, use a slightly larger threaded screw.
