Well done Oxi, nice masking job, try and get a nice clear side on shot outside in natural light....... it's much more shiny when wet, try some good polish after a few days and see what happens, I like the 'flat' look but it would be interesting to see if they polish up, I wonder how it will hang on in the long term...... I gotta say tho, I liked the wheel without plasti.

I'm still yet to use plasti on a few interior bits but it's coming...... and is there different colours ?

I think that it's impossible to polish the Plasti dip as it's not a paint. It's a plastic coating.
It's not irreversible as you can peel it.
Maybe a varnish job would be possible to turn it glossy.

Plasti dip exists in black, blue, red, yellow or clear.

Gotcha.......... I know it's 'plastic' but I thought hmmmmm.

Yup to peeling....... I wonder how long it would take to start peeling on it's own on exterior/interior parts.

If varnish, then I'd just paint with no plasti huh.

    Fair range of colours.

Hey François, I'm thinking that we have discussed Plasti here recently no ?

Yea, I guess I'm the biggest propagator of Plasti Dip on the site :) (Stig, that's the brand name if you meant that)

Good job! :) I'm courious on how long will it last on the wheels. My experience is, that the best durability can be achieved if you cover a part completely and left no "open edges" where it can start to wear off. We'll see though.

iiiiiit's plasti man :mrgreen .......... hey Adam, how's the Plasti holding on to your stereo surround, etc.... and did you do the rear wiper ?, is anything 'lifting' on the edges ?........ I remember you saying that it holds a tad better on 'rougher' surfaces.

Yes, I did the rear wiper too. As for lifting, so far, so good on all places. The only negative experience was my very first attempt, the car's central lock remote. It just couldn't stand the stress in my pocket :)
