I am just wondering if people have paint matched their front lip or side skirts, to their car or if anyone has painted them gloss black. Put some pictures up if you can. I am planning on doing this a a little bit and just want to see the results.

    Thanks

I have seen it done before where the bits in the middle of the front lip are cut out, and mesh is put in to fill the gap.

mephtar why did it not stay glass? did you clear coat it?

the lip is very poris (lots on little dimples and rough surface) so it dosnt coat well, and after a few 100KM dirt and everything just glogs up the gloss

I think if you sanded the lip down it would be pretty smooth..Enough anyways that you could spray a few coats of primer filler in their to make it pretty decent looking..And with the rim setup i have im prolly gonna go with the red and black combo as well.

I'd do all the trim parts if I could afford it. Looks like a kit rather than just a bunch of standard OEM trim parts. Makes the car look lower too.

hey schmoot i always wondered. the side marker that is on the trim on the side :duh: i thought that it sat on/in the trim. is that a piece that is modified on your trimless car or is that actually a piece that goes in the fender? can you take closeup for me please? thanks!

Colored or Not I think they both all look good, have you ever thought of coloring the roof of the car black? That's what im thinking of doing but i can't get a visual of it in my head... I think it'll make have that drift look.
