    Fuses Under Hood.....Check
    Fuses Under Dash.....Check

check the ground connections on the tail light plates. the ring terminals go loose.

and if it's not that, someone had a problem with their tails actually melting the harness and shorting out....so you might want to check the actual socket's for the lights!

    good luck!

There are 3 things to look for-

    1. When you turn on your lights make sure your dash cluster lights up.

    2. And if they dont- go to the fuse block next to the air filter- and move the bottum porition - youll hear the engine bog down and you lights will turn on-
    3. And if that dosent work your going to have to take the ckuster out and give it a good blow job(or telly can-ooo just joking)- and make sure the lights are all good !

I havent even tried to fix the prob. but im sure its a loose or shorted wire- since i just laid the block where the air cleaner box was..
