So I drove my car for the first time today and even when i put the shifter in the first or second position i get third or fourth. Im thinking its the shift and select arm inside the transmission but im not sure. can anyone shed any light on this?
shift it to first, which will get you third, then go to the shifter selector on the transmission if you are indeed on third. if it is, then you know it's a cable length issue,
