So I'm ordering some camber plates for my car: http://www.arizonazcar.com/coil.html. Scroll down to the camber plates. Here's the install: http://www.arizonazcar.com/camberplate.html. They're for early Z cars, but will work on Celica's and will be perfect with my Konis. I'll post pix when I install them.
I think I'd rather buy something that is made for the 4th Gen. Like the Cusco units......or how about the Noltec fronts that I have......
The idea is that with the 1/4" top plate replacement, there will be some extra strength added to the strut tower tops. I will also be able to position the new top plate further back to give as much caster as possible and further in to give even more camber. Plus this is a cheaper alternative to "bolt-on" camber plates, $190 shipped.
Actually, Once I get the new plates cut for the Celica strut tops, it will only take an afternoon to complete the job. I already received the Z car strut top kit. Definitely something I can get done between races.
