   need to fit a 5-114 lug pattern onto a 5-100 pattern or 5-114 on a 4-100
   
   ... odd I know but if they have adapters for a 5 lug to ride on a 6 lug tire why not the same for a 4.

   I don;t think its possible without running a spacer as thick as your studs with a new stud pattern on it. Your wheels would be out about 3 inches. Unless you drilled new holes in the wheels

   25mm but nobody makes offset lug pattern spacers either.
   with out machining new hubs this will not happen.
