KYB AGX inserts Front only application

    I rate these, good value for money, easy to fit and a good number of suppliers.

    Mine have completed in excess of 20 track days and circuit drives and are still 100%, they give good upgrades over the standard shocks. The adj setting is easy.

    Drawbacks?, only one, for on track use, the stiff setting 4, does not go far enough, the range of adjustment between 2 - 4 is simply no big enough.

    could you write down their partnumbers? Front are the same with alltrac and normal gen4 I believe?

    Part no is 765015 description Toyota MR 2 (SW20) KYB agX shocks

    AS requested, yes, they can be used on both ST162 and ST165.

    i agree on these. awesome street shock. adjustable and not too hard to ride on. and not horribly expensive either.

    what's the best solution for the rear in combo with these? Both ST162 and for ST165 ?

    rear strut mod and use the front inserts.

    yeah about that, then weld the cap shut, job is done.

    I've got them too, great shocks.

    On the rear I fitted the KYB GR2's intended for use on the front of the ST185 - can't recall the part number specifically though.
