Ok so I have been selling my vert and got some guy in my area who apparently has a 88 vert that is rusted to hell... so he is buying my vert for the chassis we agreed on 1500$ I sold him some parts maybe Month ago and he called me today after seeing my craigslist ad. He has to get the money or whatever he said definitely two weeks I told him I'll hold it for him.... all I have to drive around knowing I only have two weeks left kinda sad but............. It does seem alot of people are selling I want another one bad just not my vert though I love it some how But that rx7 if ad is true is amazing deal owner is skeptical because I'm in 3 hours away(thinks I'm spam or somthing lol) but I told him I'll come and check it out if it's able to be driven home.

that white gts celica has been for sale for at least 6-8 months maybe longer, c it all the time when i search craigslist, still about a hour from me tho, hope you go look at it and get it if its good
yes, a lot of people have been selling and moving on. it's hard to work on a very outdated chassis that requires so much work, typically. the aftermarket is very low and the cars that are in good shape are very few. it's not hard to see how people move in and out of the community so often. then there is always the accidents as well. and replacing something that you've worked so hard to keep seems like a distant dream. easier to let go then to rebuild/replace.
It sucks if I had the time and money and somewhere to park it so I can do work on it I would but it's just to hard to daily drive and fix stuff I'm young one day again I will own a celica. I'm just glad to be able to say I have owned one. I am having regrets about agreeing to the sale tho just sucks I love this car but at least who I'm selling it to can do to it what it deserves hopefully he will make an account and chim in but he does not seem the fourm type of guy.......
