Day one
Bought Some primer and sand paper to fix my rust.

Well Then it turned out like this

Decided to go ahead and prep the whole car for paint. lol

I only did the back half of the car today, Got to dark to do the other half... Will Post more pics of the process of the car later in the week..

Its really not that hard lol..... ME and SpeedDemon are Just taking are time on my car. It took us the hole day to do the back of my car......
I would just recomend taking your time and It will turn out great..

Keep us updated, very interested as I want to paint soon too. Actually ASAP. I love the colour of yours, could you tell me the colour code? As in mine is 8D7 for the dark metallic blue. I like your colour alot more though.

Also, are your brakes all the stock size? What size wheels are they?

*Lots of news paper
*6 cans of Krylon rust tough Primer ( is what i got to do the whole car, But may need more but don't no for sure yet) will post update if i needed more
*Painters tape.
*80 grit body work sand paper or p220 grit (depends on what you want to use)
* sander (optional)
*Time and patients are the main things lol
*500 grit primer sand paper to use to smooth out the primer if your going to paint afterwards
*Finally painting. I am going to have that done professonially.

dan1_721-I dont no the color code off the top off my Head is, but i sure can get that for you. As for the brakes they all the stock brakes. And I am running 17x7 and 215/40.17. And i will be sure to keep everyone posted on the process.

sr5punk- Yeah i am going to keep the moldings off and i was thinking bout painting the lip, but i am not quite sure yet lol.....

sprey15- yeah i already painting under the spoiler

The paint code for my car is 8C4 lt blue metallic

Just87GTSs' 86 GTS Update 03-15-08

Day two
today I finished up most of the primering of the Body. I ran into a couple more surface rust spots, But I Took care of them. Did a quick glimpse of the rest of the car. Didn't find anymore, So i think i am in the clear for now.
The only things that i have left to primer now are the F&R Bumpers, The Roof,and the hood.... All of that will be done tomorrow... Here are the Pictures of the work that i did today..
