just got 87 celica gt convert

HI im new to st162 but happy to own a celica it has 159xxx 5speed got it for 2100 needs new top to brittle will come down but afraid it will fall apart the rest of the car is in really good condition interior 25 years old and perfect heres some pictures after i washed and waxed small future mods to come tell me what you think

 

thanks steve ive never had an older car so i was surprised by interior.

Also an update on things changed since i bought my celica in september.

new front & rear poly sway bar bush
like 9 oil changes due to oil leak (only thing left to fix mechanically)
new cv axles
megan m oe muffler
ngk v power spark plugs
k&n drop in filter
slightly tinted ugly orange turn signals
refitted carpets because some one took them out and put them in like a dam animal
new radiator(to be installed)
new heater control unit
new none bent/ warped bumper cover and lip (thanks racerb)
vert center console with cup holders which are are a useless design for a manual at least lol
convertible parade boot cover(very nice cond.)

also have no radio now because the one i had was shitty i bought a new one of friend and attempted to install my self like i do everything else but i ant do electrical work and fuckin destroyed it. so no music now.

gonna buy wheels i think

i found some rims on craigslist they are ADR gt sport rims 16x7 i really want 15s and a nice old school style but for 100 bucks with tires i cant pass up what do you guys think should i wait or just say screw it and give him 90 bucks for them heres link.

well i bought the wheels

i know i didnt take the advice lol but he called and i told him i dident really have the money he said 70$ i said 60 and well now i have some sweet cheap rims with failrly new tires and i forgot to mention these were a temp. choice of wheels stills saving for new rims and tires and lowering spring.
