Hi guys, dont know the proper name for this part, but its on the opposite side from the engine to the thermostat housing, so I will call it the water return housing (its the housing near the intake tube that the coolant runs out of to the radiator and it has several plugs on it etc) and I have just broken one side of it (clean snap) and waters just spitting out of it! I need to buy a new one, does anyone know what the part number is or where I can find one? Cheers.
It's called the water outlet. Good luck finding one at the dealer, you're looking at almost $200 for one. Highly doubt they have one sitting around anymore. Your best bet is to get to a junkyard and pick one up or find someone that has one laying around.
Is it part no. 16331 in this link? http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_product=3935496&ukey_assembly=511440 If so, they can get it for about 62 bucks, but seems to me like autozone might be able to get it. Reason I think so is cause I needed a thermostat housing, and what they ordered was 16331. Never hurts to give them a call.
Gday. Still no housing. Got one off supercheap, tirns out it didnt fit my car, had an extra sensor plug amd didnt even fit on the engine ;( i will email the company that has them for around 60 bucks that you guys listed above to make sure it will fit.
