Is this a decent setup for 150 bucks?

Never heard of them before, must be a new company. Which model 10" sub did you get? It should sound ok in a small car like the celica but dont expect massive bass. Its good for a starter system. Just like any car mods you out grow them and move onto something bigger and better. My first system was an 8" amplified bazooka tube lol. Then it got to a point where I had $3k in the trunk  .

I got the BW10.2 model on the link above. Before my other system was stollen... I had two 12" Clarion subs with an MTX Roadthunder amp, though the amp wasnt that amayzing, it was bridged and was able to crack my last car's windshield lol... and continue to crack it to the other side of the window... but neway, that was stollen last week. I need SOMETHING for music... this JBL amp is better than my old MTX one, but the sub, never herd of it. The clarions were on sale at Audio Video for $60ea 2 years ago when I originally bought them new... I think retail they were 99.00

Sub specs look good to me, the 200w rms model seems a little low in power just by itself - the 400w rms model would be better, noticeably louder and cleaner.

I'm running fronts and rears off deck power and the amp/sub is 400w rms @ 2ohms, perfect for me - any louder is just destroying your ear drums - our cars are tiny ;)

    Good point ^ especially w/ a single 10"
    site says the 10.2 needs...
    sealed enclosure: .4-.8 cu. ft.
    ported enclosure: 1.2 cu. ft.

Acctually, the box is made by the same manufacturers as the sub, Bassworx. Im assuming that its a really good box, because when you look online for Bassworx subboxes, they look pretty nice. Its small, like something that would go in the back seat of a truck.

That's good, to-spec. With the nicer amp, I'd say placement will play the key role. I like [trunk] passenger side firing towards drivers side myself :D
