intercooler

    so my intercooler is on its way from Ontario right now, bought it off of Klue, im so excited once its in i can
    A)crank the boost
    B)put in the jdm st185 ecu
    +im getting new struts this week so excited for carlos the celica

    not on its way yet, but it will be by this week.
    Your going to have a hell of a time actually getting the water to circulate properly.
    I had the worst issues getting the air out of the system so that the pump would actually flow. Ended up lifting the front of the car with the engine hoist, about 3 feet off the ground so that the heat exchanger would be high enough to move the bubbles around.

    Anyway. Intercooler is great to run 14 psi daily. If you have it cold and want to give it a rip i have run 17lbs. Because of the timing i was running, I would still get ping in the lower rpms, so I had to make up a water injection system so that I could get the car out of the hole faster.

    good enough for low 13's, high 12's if have u have a great clutch.

    must have been a hose routing issue. once everything is installed, fill it up and leave it for 10 minutes or so to bubble down. repeat for until you stop seeing the level drop.

    st165 pump, st185 heatexchanger, st185 core, not exaclty a bolt on affair
