So I got my car around a month ago I've looked around a couple times and can't seem to find coilovers. I'd even be willing to buy some used ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

welcome to site, post your ride in your 4th gen section.

Anyway there is no coilovers for our car except some really expensive ones called
ceika i think is the name may be wrong. But there is cheaper coilovers that fit however a couple members have 5th gen celica megan coilovers so i assume any 5th gen not alltrac coilover will fit.
you do have to modify rear strut to fit not a big deal check some threads out.

also instead of coilover kyb makes struts also does koni which you can pair up with some eibach or b&g springs.

if your looking for coilovers then

megan racing coilovers are doable with some modding to the rears to get one of the bolts to line up. the year and model you want is (90-93 celica gt)

im currently runnin this setup and so is tim and a few others

After getting some measurements, I on a whim went out and bought the ST184 (90-93 GT/GTS) Megan coilovers. I searched high and low for anything on the internet about installing them on a ST162 chassis. I could only find information to install ST185 Megan coilovers on a ST165. To do that, a bracket was necessary. I couldn't find the bracket anywhere, nor could I contact the guy who made them (the old owner of Alltrac.net).

So on a whim, I lowballed an eBay auction on a 'new' set of coilovers. Guy accepted my offer, and a few days later I received the coilovers and handfuls of other ST184 suspension goodies. It took a full day for me to fit them, but here is how she sits right now. I'm on stock rims and tires (205/60).

I have yet to have it professionally aligned, I've done my own alignments and haven't had a problem yet. Once I replace my hubs and axles I'll take it in for a professional alignment.
