I am a bit confused right now there are guy's selling engine's 3sgte's and they say they come off a st205 gt4 or st185 so how do I identify from what car or year model is it because they don't have the car's with them.

Do you have a picture of it?

ST205 has a W2A top mount intercooler. ST185 (regular) is a A2A top mount intercooler. The ST205 is MAP based, while the ST185 is MAF. You should be able to sort it based upon that last one alone.

Well it's not a 205 or 215. It appears to be a 185 visually. No intercooler? No intake manifold?
