I think you just fill it, turn to full lock in both directions for a bit, fill it again, repeat. Thats what i did

best i can think of is do as pants has suggested. leave the lid off the reservoir and let the bubbles come through the line and out the top

thanks guys, but i want to drain the system and put new fluid in what do i need to take off to let it drain. i read it in a celica book (non toyota brand) and is useless it just says take off something and turn left to right with the engine on and to keep filling the tank any ideas?

-turning left to right full turn will get the air out, as if a hose was changed and fluid added. i think the only way to flush and replace all the fluid would be to take it to a shop and have them hook it up to a machine. like an atf flush.

-keep in mind like an atf flush you could end up with more leaks than you started with, since some of the deposits may actually be sealing leaks. fresh fluid with fresh detergents may remove these. at the rate most celi p.s. systems leak you should have all fresh fluid about once a year, with a nice anti rust caoting on the bottom of the car. :roll
