It's the early MR2 with 4AGE engine (bears some front resemblence to the Ferrari 308 GT4)

Lol, that's right there was a cottage industry for a while there producing body kits to make your SW20 actually look like a Ferrari 355. The proportions weren't too bad, but of course they were too small and sounded all wrong.

You can( just) squeeze a 3S-GTE into an AW11 if you want more powahz than a 4A, but I would say that wouldn't do much for the already notoriously sketchy handling. Also, if you buy an AW11, be sure to also invest in a fire extinguisher, they have a bit of a reputation for spontaneous combustion...

There's also an Enzo kit for them, I don't mind them but hate it when they put Ferrari badges on it

All rear engine cars have the combustion problem, problem is compounded when you have doofusses working on them

Fuel cut and extinguishers are a must, should be law on all cars imo

Way to get waaay off topic...I like it guys, it prooves that you're not all nerds. If Kevin's here in SoCal I'll donate a left taillight "for the cause..." It was from the Burpcar and has a small hole in the yellow, but otherwise perfect.
Speaking of midengine cars I have a 1966 Matra Djet 5....any of youse guys familar with those (not what you've read on the internet you brainiacs)?

Talk about off topic.... I'm not familiar with the Djet 5 (it must be worth heaps), looks similar to a Renault Alpine A110.
I did almost buy a Matra Bagheera 30yrs ago, It was unusual being a 3 seater with the driver in the middle and copied by Mclaren years later.
The body looked uncannily like a Lotus Eclat

man! its really starting to sway. LOL
but i dont mind. its good to start it here because it derived from the incident.
so, talking about spontaneous combustion, my buddy has a black and brown one and his fuel lines are a bit iffy. it was sitting for a while and i guess the seals are going. you can literally smell the fuel. pretty scary. i told him.... but he said, eh.... i'll get it done. i was like you need it done right NOW! any who, here the link to the mr2 im looking to pick up. looks like the owner really took care of it

Is there anything you approve of?

All cars have combustion problems. Front engine, rear engine, mid engine, no engine any car can catch fire.
