alltrac over heating, fans will not turn (the one behind the rad). i wiring harness been cut from the engine heat, but i fab it back together. what do you guys think?

Be sure to replace all those burned wires - it damages the wires inside too Use a soldering iron and shrink-wrap, put heat wrap over them (all available from your local electronics store) don't be a Kiwi and tape it all together!
yea i already re did the wiring and read the diy for diagnosising cooling system and it seem to not work. I want to say is the water pump, but my brother who have more auto mech exp then I said is the fan "cause is not spinning," so im not sure, do not want to get another wiring harness.
