   on the JDM motor. on the head where the valve covers bolt to the head there is a spot where the cam cover has a spare hole for a cam cover bolt, like the JDM cover had an extra bolt like 1mm from another cam cover bolt. thats bout the olnly diffI can really tell with the covers off.
