It's used. I estimate that I put about 5-10,000 miles on it before I swapped motors. I put some protective coatings on it before installation so it's pretty well preserved from wear. There is almost no rust on the surfaces and the flex pipe portion is in excellent condition. I'm not out for huge dollars on this part, but please make a decent offer if you want it. This thing goes for around $300 from Toyota so keep that in mind.....
