so you want advice on what new ones to buy?

    eibach springs

    KYB shocks are OEM replacement.

koni insert will set you back 1k+ fitting.

or get a set of CEIKA coilovers.

also whiteline sway bars are highly adviseable.

Considering he posted in the Want to Buy forum I'm going to guess he is looking for a set.

You can get OE replacements from the parts store fairly cheap. A full set of shocks/struts should set you back around $100.

I dont think just a new set of budget shocks are going to sort body roll issues unless his shocks are completely shot, but that would mean he'd be bouncing up and down the road.

If you want less body roll, better handling then you need firmer susp parts than factory.

kyb agx for the front, and GR-2s for the rear. then you will have a nice road feel setup

+1, this is what i have and it's great. these, b&g springs and the polyurethane bushings for the swaybars have done wonders for my handling.

The springs should be ok ?, replace the shockies and struts and all the bushes on the sway bars and endlinks.

Remember, these cars were voted one of best handing cars at the time. Keep it standard.

I'm thinking of going with some OEM rubber bushes to tighten things up, do we need polyurethane ? any thoughts ?

A mate of mine who is a toyota mechanic mentioned that polyurethane wears much faster than OEM rubber but did'nt say how much faster.

Either way, after a quarter of a century our cars deserve some more lov'n with new suspension components.

Colliders can be street or track. I softened mine up and it's really nice on the street. You can find a set usually for 800, but in thinking he wants cheaper

i highly doubt it. poly is strong as shit and oem rubber i can rip apart with my hands. yes, the handling is something to talk about stock, but there is always room for improvement. green celica needs some struts to start first lol. look around cuz i was able to find unused agx fronts for $100 and gr-2's for the back for another 50, changed the boots and bump stops for another 50.

    Thanks everyone!
If anyone hears of cheap suspension components, i'll buy them if they're what i need :)
I've got a set of Pedders Super Lows currently to fit the Celica, any thoughts of super lows?
