What do you do about interior lighting? The primary light in the cabin isn't quite enough for the most part and I've even replaced it with a fairly bright 24 led square. I was thinking about wiring either a Cipa 36500 rear view mirror with an integrated map light/compass/temperature but I haven't taken off the headliner yet. I can't feel anything but I can't help but wonder if our cars without sunroofs still have a hole where the sunroof map light would be. Anyone know?
What'd you have to do for your wife to keep jasmine Anyway after installing the air fuel ratio gauge last night I was poking around the cabin to see where I could install some lights. So I bought a pack of prewired leds with 12 inch leads with mounts to put in various places around the cabin. Here is what I'm planning so far: (2) Interior door handle illumination off the key ring circuit so they stay on for a few seconds after closing the door. (2) LED strips underneath the doors off the courtesy light circuit. (1) Glove box light replacement. (1) Din box light when opening triggered with a push switch similiar to the glove box. (1) Cup holder access light on a similiar triggered push switch. (2) LED strips along the interior of the hatch run off the door courtesy light. (1) CIPA 36500 Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror with Compass/Temperature/Map Light http://www.amazon.com/CIPA-36500-Dimming-Rearview-Temperature/dp/B00029WSX6. After looking over the wiring diagrams it looks like the primary dome light runs off the drivers side A pillar. I'll have to examin the head liner further to figure out powering solutions.
