I know this is a bit of a N00b question, I have never fitted a body kit (have some learning to do.. Being the front bar of my celica I'm pretty keen on doing this right.

Also looking forwards to not seeing the big round mufler mark of a stupid holden driver reversing into me.. Not pointing at anyone. Should neaten the car up heaps but. :)

I recently bought a front bar from FIBRE SPORTS in Sydney, and I'm just alittle stuck with exactly how to fit it.. There are indents of areas around the kit that suggest you drill a hole. However first I want to know how exactly it attaches, before I go doing anything.

From what it looks like, it suggest that it may attach to the existing bar or the bar attached to the chassis of the front? Could anyone give me some tips and maybe some suggestions to get this fitted on? What to use to attach it on..

Let's try and help you first remove the old bumper, center grill, corner light's etc. Then strip the old bumper cover from the bumper stifner fit new bumper over the stifner check it out first before you make any holes fit it back and align everything put back grill and all other parts just to make sure it all align's properly then you can tighten the bolt's on bumper back on so that it stay's aligned
if you happy with the fit then remove the grill and corner's now you will get to side's of it will have to drill holes while it's fitted use about 8 mm drill bit and get your self prop rivet's that fit that hole perfect the longer one's work's best but before you pop those prop in place in my opinion remove the bumper again and flat the edge's of it spray them already because once you riveted into place you can't
remove it again I hope this will help you in the mean time there is still more to be done after that but's it's easy first take take photo's then ask for more info will help where I can

@fernandocelica Thanks heaps for your help!.. Shall be taken photos of the process, haven't really seen anything yet with someone fitting one of these. Pretty daunting task for someone with not to much experience.. I'm really keen on knowing how to do this anyways so its going to be a good leaning curve haha..

So I'll add Rivets to my list. What other bits and pieces will I need.. Some sort of glue, for the sides?

Shall post up pics when I start it (should be this weekend).. Wanna spend a good amount of time getting this right.

OH wow. that is hot. is there a link to this? this is probably one of the few where it actually replaces the whole bumper instead of just being an add on.

someone correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't this a pretty functional bumper? it looks like it redirects air into the rad much better than stock

sorry about the large pics.. I totally forgot to crop them down to fit in here.. I was itching to go for a drive with the new kit on.. HAHA Fixing up the pics now... It did really turn out good... Main reason why I wanted this one was because of the big vents in the front for the air flow.. Also doesnt look like a hoooon car.. :) Also has been lowered.. Its 6.5inch from the road to the bottom of the kit..

Yer I had a lot of trouble with trying to get it up enough in line with the body... Gonna take it off again when I start to body fill the sides in.. Hopefully give it another shot to try to lift it up a but..

I saw that gap as well it's not going to be easy to do that while stifner is stuck on the bumper nothing can be done there you will have
to try and see if you can lift up the chassis end's a bit by nocking them up or maybe some sort of washer's under that

if your going to attach the sides to the fender you dont want to use bondo. it will eventually crack. and seam sealer wont stick it. LORD Fusor. lord is the brand. and if i remember right its #116.
